The Solgar Fish Oil Concentrate is a dietary supplement with concentrated fish oil, rich in EPA and DHA (Omega-3 fatty acids), in soft capsules.
EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function, in a daily intake of 250mg. They also contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels in the blood, in a daily intake of 2g. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, in a daily intake of 250mg. These are approved health claims based on Regulation (EC) 1924/2006.
The product does not have an approved claim for reducing cholesterol, nor a claim for treating diabetes, arthritis, or migraines. Do not exceed a daily intake of 5g EPA and DHA combined.
High cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, and migraines always need diagnosis and treatment by a doctor. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for medical treatment.
